These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Anse AI, a service operated by anseai, LLC.
Use of the service
You may use Anse AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, publish, or distribute through the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transform, and display your content so we can provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use any content you submit.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, create unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, or abuse third-party platforms.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel a subscription from your billing settings where available. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact us and we will review it.
Service availability
We work to keep Anse AI available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, anseai, LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
